Through Sprinklr, she's worked with dozens more. Having lived the highs and lows of startup life, she's passionate about supporting earlier-stage companies navigate their journey.

Jordyn is an enthusiastic and experienced People Operations Consultant with a focus on building positive and memorable employee experiences. Jordyn has worked in a number of high growth startups & can support businesses with no people frameworks in place through to those who are redesigning or scaling for growth.
Jordyn holds a degree in industrial/organisational psychology. Outside of work you'll likely see her walking the streets or forest in Riverhead with her daughter, cocker spaniel, and partner, and dabbling in a spot of enthusiastic (yet novice) DIY.
